Wolsey Probate was formed as a division of Anglia Research Services in order to provide a service to clients who require a professional, seamless and efficient administration of their intestate relative’s estate.

Many probate practitioners deal with only a few intestate estates in their career, whereas intestacy administration forms the majority of Wolsey Probate’s caseload.

We are experts in applying the rules of intestacy, in dealing with complex family relationships, and in ensuring that all entitled beneficiaries receive what is due to them.

Because of our track record and day-to-day familiarity with all the legal and practical problems that intestacy can bring, our work is streamlined and our charges are very reasonable.

Our dedicated team is approachable and friendly: we will always help clients to understand the probate process and to keep track of how a case is progressing.
